If it were up to me, I would be standing in front of a microphone recording right now. The upcoming Loom Angel record is completely written. After religiously practicing the songs, I am more than ready to record and produce them. But the label feels differently.
They’ve put their foot down: I need proper equipment before I begin. Sure, the first two Loom Angel records were lo-fi, made on bundled gear, and in my eyes, they both turned out solid. I had a blast recording much of Night Of Presence in a forest at night. But the label says: no more “recording wherever.” A proper, singular studio is required.

At first, I was outraged. But after long conversations with the label, I started to wonder… how strong could this album sound? LP 2, Euphoric Voyage, awaits production until a quality studio space is assembled. The album and lead track, “Don’t Wait To Create,” must wait to be created.
The real irony? I run my own label. Hopefully, I’ll have better news to give you in the near future. As for now, I hope you’re enjoying listening to the first two records on the music page.
